- Packages are sent by Royal Mail Tracked or Special Delivery
- Personal collection from our shop is also available
International customers
- All shipping is by Royal Mail International tracked airmail.
Returns and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can cancel your order and request a refund.
To cancel your order please contact me on 07594415614 within 14 days of delivery.
If you need to return the goods a prepaid shipping label will be provided for UK buyers, international customers must pay for postage locally. A refund or exchange will be offered when we have received the returned item(s)
Goods returned by customer - faulty or not as described - 100% refund cost of goods + shipping charge + return shipping for non UK customers
Goods returned by customer for any other reason - refund for cost of goods only.
